I will start my search....Our wedding 5 years ago was in Chicago where we are from...on a beautiful golf course...and that was because we wanted our families (both come from BIG Mexican families) to attend....otherwise, we would have had a destination wedding from the start as it was always my DREAM. So now 5 years later...I am going for what I have truly dreamed off....a BEAUTIFUL, NON-STRESSFUL and FUN intimate ceremony on the beach...yes, I want to feel the sand on my toes and the wind in my hair= We finally narrowed down a date....May 24, 2013....and I'm leaning towards RIU Palace....when is your wedding? Again, thanks for the info and hope all your planning is coming along beautifully.

Hello Eveyone! My hubby and I are planning an intimate 5yr wedding vow renewal in cabo for May2013...super excited! There are so many beautiful places I don't know where to stay! I think I've finally narrowed it down to either Riu Sante Fe or Riu Palace...... Based on location to the marina. Is there much difference between the two? Also, can anyone recommend a boat/catamaran service that can accommodate about 25 ppl? Thinking of doing a private dinner cruise with my guests the night before the ceremony.
