Hi, ladies! I am new here and so happy I ran across this forum. Does any one have experience with Vivian-Dress on ebay? I am thinking of getting this dress... Does anyone have any advice on what I should ask of the dress maker? Any suggestions on tried and true dress makers? Thanks!
