This thread is extremely helpful! I am in the process of planning a wedding at Beach Palace next June. I have been emailing some resort reps, but keep getting myself confused and worked up over details... I have only reserved the date and time and gotten a confirmation number. I have not yet received or signed the contract. I am in love with the pearl shimmer package and plan to use the resort credit towards the wedding package. I have a few questions for you BP veterans... 1. How does the wedding website and online honeymoon gift registry works or when it will be accessible? 2. What is the next step in the planning process? 3. My travel agent does not get involved in wedding plans so I am choosing not to collaborate with her and am instead booking rooms and wedding directly with resort... Is this a nightmare? Or will the process be manageable to accommodate reservations for 30+ invited guests? 4. Did anyone have a rehearsal dinner or welcome dinner before the wedding and what did it entail? Any info is helpful and I appreciate any and all of ya'lls input! Thanks guys!
