First of all, congratulations on your upcoming wedding!

Since you mentioned your wedding is in June, we would recommend asking about the weather and conditions of your venue during that time of the year, before buying the outfit. For instance, our weddings are outdoors and take place on an intimate beach and during June it tends to be a little more humid than other times of the year, so we recommend light fabrics like cotton and linen and wearing just the shirt or a vest at the most; whereas during other months the groom can also bring a jacket and still be comfortable if the weather is colder.

For shoes and bottoms we’ve had from full suits to more relaxed looks with light pants or even shorts, formal shoes, tennis or even sandals.

So, that depends on what groom and groomsmen feel most comfortable in and what you want to see in your pictures! Here some of different groom and groomsmen’s attires we’ve seen:

String lights are a great way to decor your reception but also get even more beautiful pictures, considering you will have an outdoor wedding we suggest seeing pictures of the place at night without additional lighting and one picture with the string lights setup, that should help you make your decision.

It is very nice of you to upgrade their meal, but it is rare to have the photographers sharing the table with the rest of the guest so you could reach your hotel coordinator to ask if there is any space where your photographers could enjoy their dinner (there must be a space they can use).

We agree that there are many ways to celebrate a marriage, and certainly a very romantic one is to have an intimate celebration with just bride and groom.

We’ve had wedding celebrations with the couple only, where we hold their ceremony at a secluded terrace overlooking the sea. The landscape is breathtaking and you can choose a Day or Night celebration on the secluded beach of Las Caletas, located at the South bay of Puerto Vallarta Mexico.

We do beach weddings on a private beach location so this tends to call for a relaxed environment. A trend we’ve seen a lot lately (and we think it helps bridesmaids feel  more comfortable) is for the bride to just tell her bridesmaids the palette she is looking for, and allow each of the girls to get their own dress according to their style and the color of their preference. This way you are giving them freedom to go for what they will like to wear the most (and we think it also looks great in the pictures).

A twist of that is providing the girls with 2 or 3 different dress styles in the same colors so they can choose what style works best for them (for instance to each of them to choose they favorite neckline).

If your fiancée prefers a casual outfit we recommend going with something fun like wearing color suspenders without a jacket or for him to wear a vest at the most.

On our beach weddings the attire can be a little less traditional and we’ve had different kinds of looks: from suspenders, vests to a white or color shirt with shorts and from formal shoes to vans or sandals and even barefoot (I mean guys will be around the sand for a moment so the surrounding invites people to be a little more loose with protocol).
