  1. Hi Jenn963, the thing is that you don't start walking from where your arrow is, you start farther, it's a good walk and if Carolina said 13 meters, it makes complete sense. See my pics... it should give you an idea
  2. Hi Jessica1005, Carolina (or her assistant Kenia) will read a very generic ceremony text. We chose to write our own vows so as to personalize the ceremony for us and for our guests who came all the way there... My husband chose to memorized it while I wrote it on a piece of paper and hide it in the top part of my dress... that brought a little funny moment when I took it out...
  3. Hi Amanda, i had send my $300 deposit through their Paypal account. I could send you the information he had resquested to me via email if you want
  4. They charged us $12 USD per bottle, we ordered 15 of them, they're all hand painted and we asked for a theme of palm trees and beach. Each bottles were different but you can choose whatever that you want.
  5. Hi Meandhim! We hired the photographer from the hotel, "photoshop caribe". Christian Stern was our photograph and he was good. He gave us little hints so as to make the pictures look perfect. We went with the basic package, which covers the ceremony and a little session with our group and just the two of us. We gave him a list of pictures that we really wanted i.e my parents and I, my husband with his family... And then he used his imagination for the rest of the session. We also went with a videographer, again went with the basic package which covers the ceremony only however, since he showed up 30 minutes late, he stayed and covered the whole photo session with no extra charge. Then you get a dvd and he included all the songs that played during the ceremony. That was money well spent and we keep watching it! To answer your other question, we didn't bring any decorations besides our cake topper. I bought fresh flowers to put on our cake. I had personalized brought gift bags(ordered on Vistaprint) for our guests and i had contacted a local rum place called Mi Amor Pirates Rum to order personalized rum bottles for everyone. They are AWESOME! The owner came to deliver the bottles directly to our lobby. Great service, here's a picture If have have other question, don't hesitate
  6. Congrats Jen! Saw you walking down the aisle, my wedding was on the tuesday. We were upgraded to the Royal Suites but didn't quite enjoy as the crowd was much older and didn't like the service that we got at the reception but Carolina helped us a lot. her and Kenia are efficient! Some of our other guests stayed at the Palace and they loved it. We also went to the Hemingway bar for a cocktail hour with canapes and it was great. Then we went for a restaurant a la carte in the bavaro section, [/img]el quijote and it was awesome, the food was very good ( we had the beef medallion), everyone enjoyed! Will post some pictures taken by Christian from Photoshop caribe[/img][/img][/img][/img]..

  9. Hi everyone, My fiancé and I chose the Palladium Palace for our destination wedding. I have been in contact with the WC Carolina and she's provided me with lots of info and pictures of venues, cakes, flowers and menus... Does anyone had their wedding there, i would appreciate any feedback. We are going for a "symbolic" ceremony on the beach. Beach dinner vs. an A la carte Restaurant (semi-private) Cocktail hour Cake... Thanks!!
