When is your wedding date? I know these ladies have like 2-3 wedding every day. It's possible depending on your date they are just prioritizing your emails. I had a time sensitive question that I couldn't get a reply to so I called. It was hit or miss getting someone live vs get their voicemail. But I did get what I need taken care of. If you feel like your question can not wait for a reply, might as well call and see if you can take care of it over the phone. I noticed the best time to get ahold of someone live is first thing in the morning or towards the end of the day. I think that's when they are in the office? I could be wrong, but that's what worked for me. Im sure everything will work out just fine. From what I hear, you will be amazed with how it all falls together perfectly on your big day. Thanks for the advise! I can't imagine dealing w 3 weddings a day & keeping it all straight! Sounds like they do a wonderful job, I'm excited to hear such great feedback! We're looking forward to seeing the pictures :-)
