All travel agents were notified about the situation. Did your co-worker book their honeymoon using an internet booking system thinking they were getting a 'deal'? Let that be a lesson. USE A TRAVEL AGENT! You don't pay anything extra - in fact, you may get a better deal, plus you'd have someone to call with questions, and have someone to notify you if there was a problem. Pam

They also communicated with all of the travel agents concerning the norovirus. I cannot imagine booking a place like Beaches Turks & Caicos without using a travel agent, so your friends should have been notified - they didn't find out by accident unless they booked on some online booking site thinking they were getting some kind of deal.
