wedding 2013

I just wanted to let everyone one know that my wedding is on Jan 31/13 and I just got a response from my wedding coordinator at GS saying that due to hotel occupancy I am not able to rent out any restaurant. They had confirmed with me that it would be no problem renting out a restaurant months ago! Now what they are offering is the Palapa which is fine but the are not allowing me to use my Transat package and the extra dinners that I have purchased through Transat towards the dinner in the Palapa. They are also offering a discount for the meal but are only giving me one entree option, when I know there is at least 5 entree choices. Has anyone else ever had this situation happen to them at GS? Does anyone know how much seating is available at the Health bar or has anyone had their wedding receptions there? Any info or pointers would help. We are leaving to Mexico this Sunday Jan. 27/13

Hi guys! I'm new to this forum and I just wanted to say this site is amazing! I will be getting married next Janaury at the Grand Sirenis in the Mayan Riviera.
