HI Ladies, I haven't been on here in a loooonng time and was hoping to get some feedback on anyones wedding at the Grand. The big day is coming up ... May 18th, 2013 !! I can't believe how time flys by when planning ! I have been working with Jessica at the Grand and she has been wonderful to work with : ) I'd be happy to answer and questions for those planning to to stay at the Grand ( pre wedding questions of course ). I have been dying to see any pictures at the Grand.. We are having the reception at Brisas. Also , what is your opinion on a tip amount for the WC ? JUst curious to know your thoughts : ) Thanks ladies !

Hi Vanessa, the WC will send you pics of any examples she has. I think the cake is standard and you have three choices( I think). Once you contacted the hotel they will give you a list of different packages that are available. What hotel did you decide on ?

Hi Merg87- I suggest you contact the hotel directly through their webiste. They will send you a list of prices and fees depending on what you are looking for. The package I purchased included 30 guests for the ceremony, reception and dinner ( private at the resturant Brisas's). An additonal fee does apply if you more than 30 people.

Her name is Jessica and she will answer any and all questions you have. I was feeling the exact same way but once you get in contact with her then things will start to flow very easily. HI ladies, I am fairly new to BDW and I was hoping to get some advice on videographers in Playa del Carmen. I have been trying to do my homework, but the most reliable way to find out who's the best is to ask, right ? ANy help would be greatly appreciated.! Cheers and congrats to you all!

HI ztag ! I am getting married at the Grand in May 2013. I decide to book with the Grand because of all the fantastic reviews I've heard from family memebers whom have visited. I chose the largest package which I believe included 30 guests. We will be having an entire resturant to ourselves : ) The name of the resturant is Brias's and I hear it is located right on the beach ( great views) . I offered my guests the choice of the three hotels Grand, Maya and Lindo. Just remember that the Grand is an adult only resort. The other resorts are kid friendly. Children are welcomed at our reception because we are having a private reception. The wedding cordinators have been awesome ! Let me know if you have specfic questions ! Cheers and congrats : )

Hi Ladies, I am a new ( B ) to the site! I am also booked and getting hitched at the Iberostar Grand. I was surprised to see that wedding package special with the " Free" night. THough my WC has been awesome, I have yet to hear of any type of complimentary nights. We are getting married 5/18/13 . I have stayed at the IBerostar Tucan and lovvvveeedd it ! So, I can only imagine what the Grand has to offer. Does anyone know someone that has pictures of the flower arrangements for tables, etc. ---Janeandbrian--- Yikes, I know the feeling. I am considering using Claudia Photos for our day. Has anyone ever heard of Cancun Wedding Videos ? Their work looks awesome. Any feedback, ideas or help will greatly be appreciated!
