  1. Hi to all brides of 2012! What I find really helps with keeping that bloaded belly look away is running! (Or jogging whatever you're more comfortable with) Not everyday because you need to give your body time to recuperate a little bit. But, every other day! And yoga also helps to calm the nerves and gives you a strong core...
