I am getting married at the Moon Palace in April and I am trying to decide if I should wear a veil or not. It seems to be extremely windy and I am wondering if it will be a bigger problem than it is worth? Any advice?

I am getting married at the Moon Palace on 4/20/2012 and I am looking at photographers because I would love to have really beautiful pictures. Does it really work to find someone else having a wedding there the same day and share the cost of a photographer?

The Moon Palace has some really great wedding packages to choose from. The hotel itself is huge and has lots to offer your guests, including resort money to spend on spa treatments, excursions, room upgrades, and golf. You can also use your resort credit towards your wedding package and cut the price in half for yourself. Also they give you more perks depending on the number of rooms you have booked in your wedding block. Things like free cocktail parties and your room nights reimbursed to you!! Good Luck!

I went to wedding last may at the Sunset Jamaica Grande in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. I would have to say it was only ok. It was however very affordable for everyone. The rooms were a little dated and were very few restaurant options. We all booked through the same travel agent and got a 7 night stay for about $1150.00 per person including flights. Good luck with your searches and destination wedding is definitely the way to go.

I am getting married at the MP on Friday, April 20, 2012! I am getting really excited but a little nervous too. I just have a few questions and thought maybe some of you would have some insight for me. I am wondering if I should have my room block set up in the Nizuc or Sunrise section? Any suggestions? I want to be near the lobby & near the bars and restaurants. My other question pertains to the photography at the MP. We have chosen the Saphire Collection which includes a small photography package. We are planning to add to it but I was wondering if anyone knows how the pictures turn out from them. I notice a lot of people hire a photographer from outside the resort but I was hoping to be able to use what comes with our package. Any one know if they do a good job or not? That's it for now.
