When we got married there last april we just paid a deposit of $200 which i used my credit card then paid the rest of the money when we arrived!

where flip flops. Be comfortable as the grounds are so hard and your feet will swell with the heat.

Just to let all brides know our wedding at the grand sunset princess was perfect. We got married April 17th 2012. It was raining that day so we couldnt get married on the beach and had to get married under the gazebo which was still beautiful outside the disco. Our wedding was at 4pm by then the rain stopped and it was gorgeous. We did the basic vow renewal package because we got married here in canada prior to save all the hassles. We had our dinner at the steak house which was really good. After dinner we hung out for drinks in the lobby area. The disco opens up at 11pm so it maybe too late if people are thinking of partying afterwards. We had 20 guests and it was a very laid back atmosphere and stress free!! It was a beautiful resort, great food and people. Zoe

Hi there just wondering if any of you ladies have decided a cake flavour choice? My father in law doesnt like chocolate and tropical fruit flavour sounds good but not sure what that is? I googled 3 milks flavour and its a vanilla based with 3 types of milk soaked in the cake? Need help please. Thanks, Zoe

Hi Ashleyhubert I am in the same boat as you. Very relaxed but we have a small wedding group about 20 people. I figure your at an all inclusive resort why pay anymore than you really need too. I am just doing the symbolic package as we are going to get married the day before we leave here in ontario. I've been married before on a resort and its really simple. You dont need to worry about anything until you get there and meet with the cordinator. Its rather simple. Don't worry about a dj just go to the disco with everyone as there usually dead anyways and make your own party! :-) Zoe

Hi there we are getting married there april 17th 2012. we decided to get married here in canada first then do a symbolic ceremony as it seem to be less hassle. I am keeping our wedding pretty simple since its an all inclusive resort. We only have around 20 guests. Looking forward to a fun vacation slash wedding. Zoe

Hi there, did you do the symbolic ceremony? I have booked my wedding for April 17th 2012 at 4pm. We are having approx. 20 guests so a small group. I wanted to keep things simple and dont want to have to worry about bring a ton of extra stuff that isnt necessary. Just curious to know if you had a first dance or not? Thanks, Zoe
