Yikes! Teeny glitch in my wedding planning. We're expecting. So my question is is the resort appropriate for newborns or should I plan for a family member to be home with the little one?

And my drama begins. Three months ago I ordered and PAID FOR two of my bridesmaids dresses, the third is out of area and was to call and order her own. I had my bridesmaid call to check on her dress. Low and behold they have not even been ordered. NICE. After her stern freakout to three managers, the dresses were ordered and will be here in October. Ugh. Thanks for the info on the Tiffany chairs. They are certainly a must for me. Did anyone have one long table set up by the pool? Did DT have a decent choice of linens or did you bring your own?

My first round of questions: How did you address the issue of guests complaining about rates and how they "might" be able to find better rates on travel websites? I have a 6 y/o daughter and we picked DT because of the kid's club they offer. Does anyone have any Kid's Club reviews? Heat.... Was a beach ceremony and poolside reception too much heat for your guests? Did anyone use the Tiffany chairs and if so, did you have to pay twice for ceremony and reception? If you have TTD photographers, please let me know if you suggest them. I think that is it for now....

Introducing myself.... My fiance and I are getting married at DT in June 2012. We're really excited and have just started to get some initial responses back from our save the date's. I'm really happy to have found this this board. Anyone else a June 2012 DT bride?

Cherany- I'm new too and your post broke my heart. What about www.rainbowceremonies.com as a ceremony option with your guest and activities staying at DT? No one says you HAVE to get married at DT and I assume the ceremony can be in close proxmity to the resort considering. Just an idea.... good luck!
