    Bridesmaid dresses - worn once

Here's one I could find quickly. I'm not sure I have one that shows the whole dress. Basically its tight in the bodice and then A-line. Let me know if you have any other questions!

  5. Hi ladies, I just posted in another area of this website, but I wanted to be sure to also post my comment here... Hi Ladies, Its been awhile since I've been on this site and I'm very sad to say its to report disturbing news. I just read about a bride who drowned while having her pictures taken by a waterfall. The article is here: http://uk.news.yahoo.com/bride-dies-waterfall-plunge-021733081.html I am sharing this, because like many destination brides, I also had a trash the dress session by the beach. I absolutely love my pictures and am very happy we did one. However, we quickly moved from thigh high to only ankle high in the water. My dress was very quickly becoming saturated with water and extremely heavy. Had I gone up to my knees or stayed at the thigh height, I could easily have been carried away. I couldn't even get out of the water on my own. My husband had to lift the dress in the back. I wore my knock-off dress that was A-line with an extremely long cathedral train. It was made out of Organza fabric and full of beading. I'm attaching a couple of my pictures so you'll how little we were in the water by the last picture. If you were thinking about doing a trash the dress session - I highly recommend it. It's fun and the pictures are always great. Just please be careful. Have fun, but be careful. Erin You can see the pictures I posted on the other forum here: http://www.bestdestinationwedding.com/t/17108/royal-playa-del-carmen-brides-were-kids-allowed-for-the-day-and-other-questions/9660#post_1806305

Hi Ladies, I highly recommend checking out this shop on etsy: http://www.etsy.com/shop/AnnsCrafts?ref=seller_info for beautiful affordable jewelry. I ordered this necklace, asked for a couple changes (instead of flower, wanted the fireball crystal like the earrings) and only paid $35! http://www.etsy.com/transaction/71538239 Here are the earrings which were $25: http://www.etsy.com/transaction/71538238
  10. Hello Ladies - I need your opinion. My bridesmaids and I (7 total) have appointments at the Royal's spa to get our hair and make-up done for the wedding. I've been emailing back and forth with a vendor who would come to our room and do our hair & makeup. His prices are the same as the resort, but I would need to pay the day pass or vendor fee to get him on site. Should I just keep the spa appointments or is it worth it to have someone prep you in the room where you can order drinks, etc? The vendor's website is here: http://www.yucatanhair.com/. I've also heard the Resort's spa doesn't always do the best job Let me know. Thanks!
  11. I was just assigned Lili Levet as my onsite coordinator. Anyone else have her? Let me know your thoughts. For the person who asked about Claudy, I had her before she went on maturnity leave. I felt like it took her a long time to respond (although that's common as you'll read). Also, at first I was really anxious and didn't know how any of it would work. I was constantly checking this thread and my emails. I've definitely calmed down over the months. Ana's been my wedding specialist for the past couple months. She responds fairly quickly, but sometimes there's a lag. But it doesn't bother me much anymore Less than 1 month!! I can't believe it.
