Thank you for the advice. I have never visited the ME but after much research we couldn't say no. Have you been there before? Maybe we will be running into each other there.

We are getting married Jan 2nd on the beach at the Majestic Elegance at 11 am followed by a lunch and drinks as well as a formal reception at the Parrots Bar (buffet) at 6pm... We have 40 people going coming with us and we are entitled to the "free symbolic wedding" I am currently in contact with Sandra but sometimes I feel like I am asking the wrong questions. What should I be going over with her prior to arriving? - Do we do all the diner reservations and room upgrades etc once we arrive? Any advice will help. It has been a great experience with her so far but I can tell she is pretty busy and I don't want to waste her time. What have you's learned from your DW and planning? Thank you,

January 2nd, 2012 - Majestic Elegance - any advice for making reservations and such for larger crowds would help! We have a group of 40 booked so far.
