Can someone post an Azul Beach Hotel Wedding Day timeline? Thank you!!

Can you have the reception on the beach? I would be kinda upset to travel all the way to Mexico and have my reception in a hotel ballroom... Ya know? You could do that at a local hotel...

My fiance' and I don't mind the Deluxe Suite until our Wedding night (when we move to Honeymoon Suite) but I want a room big enough for my 5 bridesmaids and Mother and MOG to get ready in on Wedding Day... Does anyone have solutions for this? I would hate to keep switching rooms while I'm there...

Hi!! I'm getting married 5/27/12 at Azul Beach!! Just got out of the 200's today! 199 days to go!! My ceremony is at 4pm too, but my reception doesnt start until 6pm.. still not sure about what my guests will do for the 2 hour intermission..I'm tempted to make my ceremony 5pm but don't want to lose sunlight for pictures.

Do they do free upgrades if available? Were you upgraded to a wedding suite for your entire stay? TIA!!!

Did everyone pick a package? Right now we have the Pearl package but I'm interested to see if we just pay for everything separately instead of getting the package if it's a better discount... Do you really need dinner reservations? We want our reception at the Blue Terrace Open Air Patio, private event so we wont need the reservations. I dont think

OMG I love his photography!! Was he crazy expensive? I want our photographer to be there all day as well to catch every moment!
