Thanks! I think how soon you can book also depends on your TA. We had a local TA at first who told us we couldn't book with Iberostar until Jan of 2012, but than we switched TAs and the new one booked us within one week!

Hi 2013ers! We just booked our date at the resort!!! Iberostar Rose Hall Suites in Jamaica - June 17, 2013. I'm so excited! Now I can start working on our save the dates!!

Ok, so I know I'm super early with this...but my FI and I just submitted our Wedding Request for Iberostar Rose Hall Suites for June, 2013!! I'm so excited. Anyone know how long it takes for the resort to approve wedding requests?

We want to do this for sure! I think it would be such a nice way to thank out guests! I would really like to do a sunset cruise but it looks like this may only allow adults so the children in the group will have to sit this activity out. But I still think it would be a nice way for all the adults to spend some time together before or after the ceremony! I also want to do some sort of more active group activity like ziplining or something, but we'll have to see how much we can fit in to the schedule.

Sorry for the delayed response, I've been off of this site for the past week. You should PM Iamalldiva She and I are looking into some white ones to order and she has info on site she has found them on. If the 3 of us go in on it together then I bet it will be a lot cheaper!

Ha! I'm doing exactly the same! As far as the preparations and projects with no date yet AND in realizing I need to quit telling my FI about all of my projects...otherwise he may start going just as crazy as I have over all these DIY projects!!

Thanks everyone! That is so good to know. I am actually trying to go in with someone else on buying a case so that the cost will be cheaper, (from the Sky Lanterns!) thread. We are getting white ones. So, I know this isn't the thread for that...but if anyone wants in on the case of them, it will be cheaper if we buy in bulk and then ship to each other!

Hi ladies! Do any of you know if Iberostar Suites allows Sky Lanterns? I want to order some for our guests to release during our reception but have not received an answer on if they are allowed.

@goddesslv4 - I just posted the info for my shoes. The Calvin Kein ones also come in at least black and also this greenish color. The Lulu Townsend ones come in a TON of colors, red, yellow, pink, black, silver etc. So I'm not sure if you can dye them, but you may be able to find the color you need!

Hey ladies! The shoes I am wearing are Calvin Klien Oliva - Ivory. I got mine from zappos.com at first for almost $100. Then, I found them on piperlime.com for like half that! http://piperlime.gap.com/browse/product.do?cid=66638&vid=1&pid=825593&scid=825593022 However, the sizes for the piperlime ones are more limited so you may want to check back to the site often. If you do a google shopping search for the name you should find a few options. But I tried them on recently and they are PERFECT!! I am almost more excited about them than my dress! Then the bridesmaids' shoes are Lulu Townsend Antoinette Sandals. I am ordering them from DSW.com. I wish they had them in an actual DSW store for me to make sure the flower isn't too big or droopy, but I haven't found any. So we are just going to order them and then return them if they aren't right. Hope that helps!
