Stay away from any company that tells you it does not have a store That it does not offer refunds They refuse to even send you color swatches The pictures they have on their web sties are not true to color I ordered a dress with the understanding that they told me over the phone if I didn't like it I could exchange it, since the picture on the website showed the other option in white, I thought it wouldn't be a problem. Wrong, when I got the dress I ordered I hated it, I called them and I was told that the other option was not a true white (false advertising) my original purchase lead me to make the choice that I made, and they refuse to refund me my money. They have a whole section of casual dresses called Vintage and they will not exchange or refund these at all.

The fact that they don't have a return policy should tell you something RUN away far away You will get no help from these people they will tell you anything just to get your order but if you want to return the dress they just ignore you. I made the mistake of ordering something from them and now I am out alot of money....( and no dress.

I sincerely advise you to look elsewhere for beach wedding dresses. PJ Max has the worst customer service, you do not want to tangle with these people The quality of the simple cotton dresses they sell are cheep and not worth the money they charge. I never found any thing under searches for beach wedding dresses, including the catagory that PJ Max calls their casual dresses, they are way over priced and I wouldn't want to be walking on a beach with a dress with a train!
