Hi Tami, My fiance and I are thinking of doing the same thing. (Valley of fire ceremony and in-suite reception). Our wedding is not until July 2012 though. It would be great if you could pass along any information regarding who you went throughfor the VoF ceremony, what catering company you used and how many guests you could fit (comfortably) in the Media or Vista suite at the Mandalay Bay.
