Oh I cannot agree more! I visited the store at Winston Churchill with my daughter who was coming to help me pick out my wedding shoes. We spent an hour there and not once did anyone approach us to see if we needed help. One of the young clerks stood 3 feet away from us arranging jewellery on a wall and didn't say one word to us. It was really a terrible customer service experience but my daugther and I had fun anyways! I did get my shoes there only because I found the perfect pair however, would never consider buying my dress there. Try DH Gate. Brand new custom made! Inexpensive and great quality for 1000% less ! Bought my wedding dress and my daughter's grad dress on there.
