DJ SO LADIES....We have beaten this dead horse into the ground. But I just hung up with Evangelina about an hour ago and she confirmed with me and sent me an email that you may use whatever DJ you please so long as they have their own equipment AND you must pay for them to stay at the hotel at least one night. So if you have the package that gives you 2 free rooms, you can stick them in there....WHICH IS WHAT WE ARE DOING! I'M SO HAPPY I COULD SCREAM. LADIES... I have another problem. Ok, my mother doesn't live anywhere near me so I've been on my own in the dress department, no friends to go with me or anything. Hello ladies Can anyone strike out a list of decor that would be needed. So far, I have starfish for the name tags, chair sashes, and table overlays, or organza's...not sure what that is just yet, will google. My wedding is on the beach, does anyone have the exact dimensions of the archway on the beach...not the gazebo. I need to order the material. Any other tips would be great. May 12 is 9 week away! Hey Lindsey I am also doing starfish. I found some perfect royal blue ones that I'm going to spray with glitter paint.....Another bride on here did the same, she didn't say they were held up at customs though. Maybe because they were painted.....I'lll ask her. GREAT QUESTIONS THOUGH!!

LOL!!! It seems like I've done nothing either. But I've done enough. Regarding the OOT bags, I was going to put them together before I left and just pack them so when we got there, pass them out. I'm arriving with some of my guest, but I figured I'd get a list of my guests rooms from Evangelina and either a. walk around and pass them out the afternoon of the day before the wedding, or b, pass them out to everyone at like a dinner the night before the wedding. No one has really mentioned a rehearsal so I'm not quite sure how that goes.....to be honest, I feel like my wedding is going to be thrown together and its depressing me because I don't know what I should be doing at this moment or how things will be when we get down there in terms of the actual wedding. a

Hey Lindsey My travel agent advised against it and at the time, so did Ana. Things can sit in customs, get kicked around and are easily lost plus it can be extreamly expensive to ship something with the gurantee it'll be there on time. Ana told me they have no way of securing what is sent and it may very well be used in another brides wedding if its seens as available...whatever that means but I woulndn't risk it! Just ask everyone to pus something in their carry on and get some hard case suitcases

And there in lies the problem. I'm probably going to go with the tall feather or short square ones, keep the packaging they came in which has all of the shatter proofing and put it in a hard body suit case.....this is my plan anyway but I'll probably carry it on board or it'll be his carry on bag...he just doesn't know it yet
