I'm booked in to get married on May 10th with the reception in the palapa. i got an email a week ago telling me they had no reservations, of course i had a total meltdown. I got an email a few days later telling me it was all sorted. Id email them again and see if you get a different res ponce

Hey, I wanted to book the cheap package and then just pay for the palalpa, they said no you can only rent it if you take the premium/presidential package.
