I'm interested in the complimentary package, but really like how they decorate the ceremony sites for the collections as seen in pictures.

Hi Everyone, I'm planning a wedding for end of this year at Cancun Palace and would like some answers to a few questions about their "group benifits" We're having more than 35 guests at our wedding which can't be included in the wedding package for reception dinner. Their website says if this is the case then wedding couple must rent a private function. So if we have people staying 60 nights we get "one private function" and 75 nights "unlimited private functions". Are these functions referring to the reception function, and if so what is the difference between one and unlimited. Website also states that one have to sign a group contract. Is this done directly through the hotel or with TA?? If anyone have answers, please reply!! Thanks!

Hi Cristi and Jamie. One of the group promotion on their website is "one private function" and "unlimited private function." Is the wedding reception included in this function? We have more than 35 people coming to our wedding and this would really help with cost if it applies to the wedding reception Also, how, when, where do you sign a group contract? Does TA do it? We're planning to get married in November and so need to find out as much info we can. Thanks!
