We personalize them with your information such as names, date, location, theme, colors, sayings, etc. We offer a wide selection of both products and design choices. If you don't like the designs we have shown on our website, we are more than happy to work with you to make the design of your dreams! What better way to show off your special day than to give all of your guests travel mugs or shot glasses personalized from you? At Factory 21 we have low prices and low minimum quantities, no set-up charges, or extra fees - if you find a better price, just let us know and we will do everything we can to match it! We provide intensive customer service Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and we are happy to send proofs, examples, etc. through email within hours, if not sooner!
