    I agree...I think the nail files are great. Especially for any of the ladies that will want to do their nails before your wedding.

    The wedding I was at last year in Punta Cana had it the day after. I think a few people were a little too hungover to make the boat I would probably pick Wednesday, but I think I would want to know what day you need to meet Natalie to make the final arrangements for your wedding.

    So far the plan is to stay together the night before, separate in the morning and then go to breakfast with our parents. I think he's getting ready in his brother's room and I'll get ready with my girls in ours.

    Our friends were married in Punta Cana last year and had the legal ceremony in Ontario prior. Of our group of friends that went, I think my fiance and I are the only ones who actually know They just didn't exchange rings, etc. at the legal ceremony. Just said the bare minimum that is required under the Marriage Act so it didn't feel like their actual wedding.

    My poor coworker had the cow at the bridal store tell her she was too fat and needed to lose weight at her first fitting She said she gained a little weight, but she's by no means fat. She loved her dress when she first bought it and felt awful after that.

    We had an oceanview at one of the resorts we stayed at...of the trees and mangrove! It was classified as oceanview because it faced the ocean but you couldn't even see the bloody ocean through the trees...lol!

    I think picking the resort was the hardest and most stressful part of the planning so far.

    I'm not overly impressed with the resort photographer I'm supposed to use. I looked into flying a photographer from Ontario, but it was outrageous. I would have been waaayyy over budget.

    Our friends were legally married here in Ontario before their ceremony in Punta Cana. Of the group of friends that went, I think my fiance and I are the only ones who know.

    One of the reasons we didn't choose Mexico was because of the bloodwork required for a legal ceremony. We really wanted our ceremony to be legal wherever we chose, but I have a horrible time with bloodwork. They can never find my veins, they're small, or they collapse and I didn't want to end up with a nasty bruise for my wedding.

    No, it definitely wasn't the Moon Shine one. I'm thinking we probably were just on the happy hour one, but I think it was later than 6:30 p.m. when we got off the boat. The bride and groom arranged for it, so I'm not 100% sure. I will tell you though the boat was much nicer than the school bus that picked us up...lol. We blew a tire on the way there from the resort and it scared the crap out of us on the bus! We had a different ride back to the resort after.
