    I was looking at paradise catamarans but the biggest capacity they have for a sunset charter is 40. We will probably have around 80. I tried emailing Peter as someone suggested above but no reply . If anybody has any other recommendations let me know.

    Did you order the liquor online or did you go to the store directly? It seems their webpage is all in Spanish. How much was it for the bus rental for the wedding day? We are looking to charter a bus to/from a catamaran cruise for a our guests (70-80 people)

    Paradise Catamarans had good customer service but they told me they can only accommodate 40 for a sunset cruise and we have more people too (60-80 maybe more). I need the Mayan riviera too

    Ours in Edmonton were Feb 2012 and I'm March. Hoping they will get some new ones in.

    I would ask for more details and specifics. I would indicate that you know of other resorts that do not have this fee... See if there are any other resorts in the Cancun area as we are in the Mayan and not sure if there are different requirements. I would ask if this is a fee to city hall there must be some paperwork, can they send it to you? Is it refundable if there is no fire... Just some thoughts.

    The thing that gets me sometimes is that there is a great review (not always photography - sometimes florists, dj, other vendors etc) but you look into the users profile and the review is their first post. I just don't know how authentic the review is. I wonder if there should be a post count that users need to get to in order to post a review (like the 150 to download). Otherwise, it could be vendors themselves posting reviews. Just my thoughts.

    nope. I just checked with my WC at Barcelo Maya in Riviera Maya and she didn't say anything about a fee. Just that if it's too windy we may not be able to.

    I just got mine so I can't help you there, but I just ordered my swatches to Edmonton and it cost $16 and no customs or duty. The ups guy just dropped them off.

    Www.theweddingshoppe.ca is a Canadian company and has parasols around $10 I think. I also found some in a store in Chinatown. They were 6-8 dollars. Didn't have enough pink ones that I needed but had different colours. They also had some flowers painted on them. Just another option to consider
