Hi, Came across this message re Koko FitClub in Canton. (Full disclosure- I work for Koko!) It is a 30 minute workout, but not at all like Curves. It is real, progressive strength training, customized to each person-and it works. Every workout is different and figured out for you ahead of time. It's nice not to look at a weight floor and feel overwhelmed wondering "what to do today." There is a good video on the website kokofitclub.com. Hope this helps!
