you should be okay. the moon palace in dr and mexico have the same prices. you should consider booking through a member for a 20% discount. i have a friend who is a member. pm me if you are interested.

I am toying between the Moon Palace in Cancun and the one in Punta Cana. I LOVE them both, but it will most likely come down to the flight prices. I have a friend who is a member so the 20% discount on rooms will really come in handy.

I'm so sorry to hear! I know that everything will work out. I actually made all of my girls open up an account together and save for our rooms. People look at the price tag and get overwhelmed. Some people are not the best long-term planners. They need people to hand hold...

My suggestion is to get a member to book the rooms for you. This is what my friend did and was able to get the rooms for $165 per person. Message me if you would like the details.

Im also a 2012 bride-to be! I'm trying to give my guests enough time to save given that I would like everyone to come. I know for a fact that I would like to get married at one of the Moon Palace hotels. Not sure if I should go with the one in DR or the one in Mexico. Decisions, decisions! Happy planning everyone.

I attended a wedding at the Beach Palace resort this past August and found that the overall experience was great. At first, we all growled at the price but know that the resort was worth every penny once we got there (the 1,500 voucher took the experience over the top). Not only did I immediately become a member, but my idea of a dream wedding was fortified. When my boyfriend proposed last month, I knew that I wanted a palace wedding. Not only am I torn between the dates (I do know that the wedding will be in 2012!), but I am also torn between the hotels (Moon Palace Cancun vs. Moon Palace Punta Cana). My family is in Santo Domingo, but the plane tickets are so much more expensive to Punta Cana then they are to Cancun. Well... the bright side is that I have enough time to make all of these important decisions. Congrats to all of the other 2012 brides-to-be!!!! Looking forward to all of the "threading" we will engage in. ~Lolita
