    Hi Debs I got married at the royal in November 2012 and found Funever Photos were fantastic and a bargain for what we paid (we paid an additional £300 ish) and we got 84 pics some of which were bigger in a lovely album along with a video of the ceremony only which we were delighted with. I would definitely recommend them don't listen to the picky people! Your in paradise so any photographer will take amazing pictures : ) I will try to upload some of my pics xx

    I hope someone can help me? I am trying to book my wedding at the royal cancun for November 2012. I have received the booking form from the wedding coordinator which asks for 4 witnesses, I was hoping to have both sets of parents but my travel agent said the witnesses have NOT to be related to the bride and groom!! It's not a problem as I have 4 friends coming with us but I really want to get the form right as I heard they won't marry you if the documentation isn't spot on : (....phew! Hope a newlywed will be able to help me out as the wedding coordinator doesn't seem to understand what I'm asking :confused:

    Hey Becky your photos look beautiful! you look stunning and I love your dress it's really beautiful at the bottom! How much did you pay for your photos if you don't mind me asking? and how much was the mariachi band? I know the Royal have a mariachi trio included in the package but it states they would only play for an hour.

    Hey  Does anyone know of a great steel band that can be hired in Cancun?? also I know most steel bands just play instruments does anyone know of any that have a singer? just my first dance will be Bob Marley Is This Love and I'd really want someone singing it too! xx

    I think the Royal is far superior just have a look on trip advisor the Royal is rated the 3rd best hotel in cancun and Moon Palace is rated 19th!!! my cousin got married at moon palace years ago but the water wasn't as amazing as the Royal and if your paying for a destination wedding the beach has to be spot on!!! did anyone find out when spring break runs from?? xx

    OMG!! you have confirmed that I definately wanna get married at the royal, the beach is amazing!!! loved your pictures you look beautiful and i love the colours of your bridesmaids dresses it looks perfect with the aqua water!! xxx

    Thanks for the reply, I've been reading some posts about how difficult it is to contact the WC so that makes me a bit nervous about going with the Royal, but it is the most amazing hotel I've come across so far so think I'll just have to deal with it!! lol, that's ashame about the horse and carriage would have been perfect xx

    Hey ladies  Just got engaged and don't plan to marry until 2012 but wondered if the Royal Cancun would allow me to hire a steel band to play on the beach for our reception?? also Id love to have a horse and carriage but it seems only Moon Palace do this.  Also any wedding pics from ppl who have married here would be great
