About asimpler

  1. Try changing the text direction in Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 if you have it on your computer. You can make any image with your text in that program and then rotate it at any angle you want. Then save the new image with the rotated text. This is a great program for stuff like this.
  2. If you create your bridal shower registry or wedding gift registry on this site you can get a $50 gift card to the restaurant of your choice for free. www.asimplerweddingregistry.com
  3. Give her a special role in helping your get ready for the ceremony. This would probably work as long as you didn't want her to be up front and visible in some role. She may feel more connected and appreciated if she is in a special helping role on your big day.
  4. Arranging for some sort of a babysitting option could help. If you can make the childcare option something fun and exciting it wouldn't seem like as big of an issue. Find someone really creative to do the babysitting. Have them come up with a theme and arrange games, activities, etc.. around that.
  5. I'd wait to give them out until after you had arrived and were settled.
  6. I love Vista Print. They almost always have some special going that makes it hard for anyone else's price to compare. Free is nice too. =)
  7. I just came across a bunch on this site: http://www.cafepress.com.au/+aruba+ornaments Never ordered anything from here, but it might be a place to start looking.
  8. Pretty fun. I like the idea, but it could get a bit pricey depending on how many guests you have. Great idea though.
