Hi Everyone been back a couple of weeks now so sorry for only now writing a review!!!!! Resort Wonderful we had the time of our lives here!!!!! Staff are lovely they work so hard cleaning!!! always have a smile and a hola for you!!! Food is lovely we especially loved the a la cartes favourite was La Fleur, oriental and tepanaki fab fab fab!!! Worst one was La Hacienda (mexican) not good When we arrived at the resort our party had a free room upgrade (we booked junior suites and were upgraded to deluxe suites) which were super nice.... Wedding: When you arrive at the resort you are given a silver folder which gives you your appointment with your wedding co-ordinator ours was Emma and she was great, we found her really helpful...... She booked my hair and make-up at 12 and also my bridesmaid, I was really happy with my hair and make-up..... Our wedding was at 2pm but the judge didn't arrive until 2:20 so we got started at 2:30, they ask the groom and guests to be there half an hour before..... We got married at the Riviera gazebo we preferred it to the Sunset gazebo (Sunset gazebo is much more private) but people on the beach didn't bother us, we didn't really notice them to be honest. Ceremony lasts about 10-15 mins and then we had pics taken, while we having our photos taken our guests went to the lobby to have drinks (I agree with hermi88 why pay when you are at all inclusive!!!!, we then joined them and had our reception meal at La Fleur, it was perfect the best meal we had at the resort!!!! We left about 9 ish (they say 1hr 30 mins) but they don't rush you. And the attention they give is wonderful.... We had a wonderful day!!!! And I wouldn't change a thing about it!!!! I would definately go to this resort again!! Good luck to you all and if you have any questions then just ask away!!!!

Hi - The plaza is not private at all, it is where everyone goes to have drinks and there is a live band there, we went here after our reception meal as we were quite happy with it not being private and we enjoyed everyone coming up to us to congratulate us and they all clapped when we walked in!!!! I personally loved it lol but if you want a private cocktail hour then this isn't private..... I used the resort's make up artist as it was included in my package (Magical package) and I was really happy with it so I didn;t request anything like that nor did I request a DJ but if you have confirmation that they have said yes to you having a DJ and make up artist then I would pursue this with Emma....... The only outside vendor we brought in was photographer and videographer.....

Haven't had my wedding pics yet as soon as i get them i'll post some, if you want to add me on facebook as I have my holiday pics on there my e-mail is samantha_785@fsmail.net or Samantha Williams-Hughes xxxx We had a welcome dinner at Mamma Mia first time we went there wasn't that impressed but on the welcome night the food was delicious (maybe a different chef on the welcome night) Didn't use the resort DJ as we were a small party we went to the plaza where they play live music and we had our first dance there with everyone watching us..... x Really enjoyed being centre of attention lol x The resort is lovely and soooo clean everywhere we went someone was cleaning and the staff are sooo friendly always saying hola when they pass you xxx We also went to Coco Bongos in Playa that was fantastic if you have a large party going with you and you want to do a bachelerette out there with your friends and family then I would suggest going here it was amazing I've never been to anything like it lol xxx

We arrived on the Sunday and on Monday morning a silver folder was delivered to our room with a time to meet Emma that morning, met her that morning and we went through all our choices with her and confirmed everything. I found Emma really easy to get along with....... We had a free room upgrade when we got there and also our guests also had a free room upgrade so everyone was really happy lol We had things like bathrobes and our room was decorated nearly every night, on our wedding day we had champayne delivered to the room for the night and again they decorated the room. It was fab, really wish I could do it all again and I wouldn't change a thing about it..... xxxx

HI we choose from the a la carte as there were only 9 of us for the meal most of us choose the beef and it was delicious everyone agreed it was the nicest meal we had at the resort. How many of you are there? As they have rooms off the main restaurant and it makes the reception really private, this is what we did and it was great xx They also take your flowers to the reception area and it looks wonderful x Emma will go through all your choices with you when you arrive and you can change them if you want I changed my flowers and music the day before the wedding and everything went fab fab fab xx I used Erick from Claudia Rodrieguez and he was great xx Have a look on their web site the pictures look lovely xxx

Hi Everyone - Just got back from our wedding on 25th Oct and to reassure you all when you get there Emma is fab..... Any questions or queries she deals with straight away I can honestly say she was great..... I was concerned before going as I didn't get any response from any e-mails I sent her but once there it is all sorted out.... I even changed my music and flowers the day before the wedding and she was fab and got on with it.... I loved my wedding day !!!!! I really want to do it all again and I wouldn't change a thing xxxx Hope this reassures all you brides to be xxx I was really happy with my hair and make-up... The music is loud enough for the guests to hear... I could hear it plainly xx I haven't heard about any master suites either????? Only platinum or the laguna villas..... I found the service and food fantastic... Buffet was a bit monotinous.... but the a la cartes were lovely, we had our reception meal at La Fleur and the meal was delicious best restuarant we ate in, another favourite was the tepanaki show cooking amazing!!!!! It's really frustrating that they don't answer emails!!!!! I've sent a few now and nothing!!!! I don't even know who my co-ordinator is!!!! I am just hoping that everything will come together when we get there..... Flying on Sunday!! Yippeeee!!!!!!!!! it's a 9 hr flight for us so the time difference will probably affect us as we arrive 2pm Mexico time but it will be 8pm our time and we are up at 5 in the morning..... I'll just have to relax by the pool lol x What date are you arriving there???? I really hope that your travel agent can sort out the time for you hun it's really unfair for them to do this to you now...... Have they given you a reason for the time change??? Wishing you luck to sort this out hun xxx Plans are coming along fine to be honest... Going to pack tomorrow night even thought we are flying on Sun, we are going by train to the airport on Sat and sleeping in a hotel by the airport as it is an early flight and it is a 5 hr drive to the airport for us as we are from South Wales and flying from Gatwick in London.

Yeah really excited but my hotel is really bad at getting back to us via e-mail, I have sent them a few and I haven't heard from them since beginning of August so I am a bit worried about that, just hoping that everything will be ok when we get there!!!! 7 sleeps yippeeeee, we are flying on Sun @ 9:15 from Gatwick but we are going up by train the day before and staying in a hotel the night before as it is an early flight!!!! Had a good deal on the hotel!!!! So I feel like my holiday starts on the Saturday!!!! (hubby to be) has packed!!!! Not me tho lol gonna pack on Thurs.......Everyone has a suitcase each got a wedding dress box to put my dress in as that will go as hand luggage with Thomsons, think Calvin might take his suit as hand luggage as well!!! x You do sound very organised lol x Even tho I am quite stressed at the mo I do think I am gonna miss the wedding planning when it's all over!!!!! lol x Quote: Originally Posted by jennaba3 Ooh you can let me know what its like Omg u must be sooo excited!! I'm flying on sunday and have sent e-mails and not heard a word from anyone!!!!! My last e-mail from them was 2nd August!!!!! I just hope that it will come together when I get there!! x

Jenna my ceremony time is 2:00 I'm just hoping it isn't too hot, if it is we will just have to suffer lol x How are all your plans coming along?
