what do we do with the wedding certificate as it will be in spanish? do we get that translated into english over there or when we arrive back?

yes it is thanks very much i think so!! thats a designer one, i got the same dress but its not got a desinger name for £300 cheaper. so bargain.x

i have my dress & bridesmaids ordered..im not sure im doing favours really still undecided may just buy gifts for parents/bridesmaid etc..may do the shot glass idea for everyone, im trying to keep it simple an stress free an try stick to a budget as thats why we chose a DW so who knows. with regards to my hair im undecided i may have a trial at the spa to see how it comes out, if nt ill just do my own have it with looses curls. x

hi kerri.. yeah she does semm fantastic. we have discussed alot really but obviously final decisions will be made in our app.. we are getting married at 4.30pm on the 5th october but maybe changing to the 4th..having our reception meal in the italian as theres 2 of us so far only place that will accomodate all of us plus its semi private. not sure what we will do after the meal, the private events are so exspensive, i would like a private area where we can have drinks & a dance etc.. hows your plans going. x

Amurka i can totally understand doing that if your getting married in the Dom Rep, that was our 1st destination we chose dreams in punta cana, but it woulld of cost us £1100!! an all the messing around with documents its mad how much you have to do! we were going to do as you are, but then decided on mexico, only cost is blood test at 200dollars which isnt much really. x x

my WC has said all we need is birth certificate/passport & tourist card. it saves a hell of alot of money! but some hotels do ask for all translations etc

there seems to be quite a few ppl doing that symbolic package then making it legal when you get back. at sandos playacar i dont have to get any paper work done b4 hand ie translations etc, my WC has said all i need is passport/birth cerificate/tourist cards. then pay for blood test an to get certificate translated to english with apositile stamp thats it really. x

hiya ladies ive just been on another forum, alot of people seem to be doing a symbolic ceromony in mexico, then making it legal when they get back? is anyone from the uk doing this? and not telling there guests so they will be none the wiser?? x

so hard to pick a 1st dance song plus i need 4 other songs/music to.. 1: piece for walking down the aisle: panchelbas canon D flute version, 2: we need something for the gaps in the ceromony 3: after were married walking bk up the aisle so needs to be something happy/upbeat maybe 4: wedding dance so hard to choose! what are thecard/key things you ladies are talking about x

Amurka- Thanks my dress is the 1st 1 i picked an tried on, everything else had to compare to that!! im nt sure about invites really never thought of it for guests attending the wedding, im getting ideas now tho what type of things have people wrote on theres i will prob just order mine im really crap with stuff like that! any pictures??

waybuloo i think we are going for turquoise now for bridesmaid.. just struggling for the men really. not sure whats best for them!
