My thoughts on resort photographers is definitely do not use them unless tou want real basic plain photos that lack creativity and energy. People try to save money with cheap photographers and end up with cheap photos that your friend can take. In todays world everybody claims to be a photographer. Be very careful who you trust with you wedding day memories. You trully get what you pay for in life and your wedding day photos are no exception. If you want images that bring tears to your eyes and memories to cherish in future years, then get the best you can afford. I can tell you horror stories and many real dissapointed brides after receiving back their photos from their so-called photographer. BE CAREFUL !!!! Gran Bahia is excellent and quite a large resort. My sister was married there. Everything was taken care of by wedding planner except for photographer. They kept pushing to use their photographers but my sister did not like style. Plain and basis she desired more and contacted Frank Panaro. www.frankpanarophotography.com He did a great job and my sister was in love once again with her photos. Frank did an awesome job. Price was $3000.00 US Dollars. You will enjoy Gran Bahia vey much and is a great choice, but look for outside photographer. Cheers. Nikki

Melia is a great place for wedding. My friends wedding was there and she used Frank Panaro Photography out of Miami. www.frankpanarophotography.com Frank is spectacular by all means and you are garanteed great photos. He is in range of $2500-$3500.00 Well worth every penny if you desire beautiful wedding images. The hotel coordinator will take care of all for you as they are good but avoud staff phptographers. Miami is the best. You have Palms Hotel, Viscaya, Biltmore Hotel, Douglass Entrance, The Raleigh, The Delano, The Fountainbleau and Ritz carlton in Key Biscayne. There are lots of private waterfront homes available and also yachts you may rent. Miami basically has it all. Best Miami Photographer available is Frank Panaro. Hello and congratulations. I would recommend Islamorada Fish Company resturaunt. Was there at a freiends wedding and it was beautiful. Thet helped them out with everything. Key West is great place for wedding. Real peacefull there and fun. We were there last year for a few days and drove down from Miami after a few days in South Beach. Florida is lots of fun always. Disney and Epcot are also a great place to visit in Orlando. No beach but fun. Dry Tortugas are worth a visit also while in Keys. Real nice. If looking for excellent photographer/videographer, call Frank Panaro in Miami. Does alot of Florida weddings including all of Keys. Did my wedding and alot of other brides from all over USA. My name is Jennifer and I was married at Couples San Souci on Ocho Rios, Jamaica in January. We looked at all the resorts in Jamaica before selecting Couples. We looked at Sandals, RIUs, and Couples Resorts. I always heard great things about Couples and they were true. Our decision to go with Couples was a wise one. My wedding was beautiful from the weather to the flowers to the outside photographer we used. We did not want to use the hotel photographers as we wanted beautiful wedding day photos. Couples San Souci is real quite and a great way to relax in Jamaica away from rest of world. A great place to visit and to get married. The food was incredible and the rooms were clean and spacious.
