We met them last year and found them (sunhorse weddings) to be very pushy and we were really turned off by that. They also inflate the prices of their vendors... I guess they hope their brides dont do any research. I did a ton of research on prices and vendors on Isla Mujeres and I was really shocked. There are other planners on the island who arent as severe.

Did anyone else find that it was cheaper to order the jacket and pants separately? I noticed that the suit costs $99 + $10 if you order anything other than white linen. But when you order them separate it comes out to 106... Not a huge difference, but I wasn't sure if anyone has done this.

We are getting married there in March 2012 too! I am a little worried about doing it during spring break, but everyone has assured me that it will be fine on the island. What colors are you using? We are taking our own decorations to Zama like napkins, table runners and a few other things, too. I agree that the new management at Zama is much easier to work with.

I am an Isla Mujeres bride!!! We are SO freakin excited. We are having the wedding at Zama beach club. Has anyone heard about the new management taking over there? I am so happy I found this board!
