V- I don't know how you are doing it!! Moving to a new house, planning this wedding, lots of packing... that's a lot to do. on the bright side, when you come back from Mexico.. you'll have a new house, new hubby, new life. BTW.. did lots of wedding stuff this week. We got our marriage license, did my dress fitting, my FI found a new BM, and I finally found a legal day dress & shoes. phew! Nicy- did you know we'll be in Mexico for Cinco de Mayo!! A couple of our friends are trying to book last minute and it's hard for them to find rooms at RPRM for May 5-7.. seems like the hotel is very booked.

I wish I had a great day. I found my wedding dress in 1 day BUT I've been searching for weeks for a simple white dress for legal day... arrrghh. I went to 4 different malls/shopping centers, drove over 150 miles total, tried on anything and everything white.. skirts/ suits/ etc..and still NOTHING!! BTW, the dresses I ordered online didn't work out

V- Aaww.. that is such a great unique idea!! it looks beautiful! Does anyone plan on printing ceremony programs and menus? If so, what should we put since there is no specific details of how the minister is going to do the ceremony.. also do you gals know if Nancy emails the menus to chose from?

Ladies- please remind me..when is Riu suppose to be contacting us? was it 1 month or 2 months before? Does Nancy mention any specific planning about the wedding day or is that all during the meeting? and how soon should I book Renova Spa? sorry I'm having a little panic moment..

SeeFlowers- great idea! I ordered a picture book from Shutterfly, which i should be getting soon.. don't know if i'm going to use it as a guest book yet tho. V- I really hate ordering clothes online but this wedding is giving no choice.. I can't find anything in the stores. I just hope 1 of the dresses turns out right. top 3 are from Macys and bottom is from Ann Taylor Loft. I also like another dress from JCrew but still debating here are the pics

everything seems so exciting... I bought 3 different dresses online last night to try on for my legal day.(stores are finally coming out with a larger selection of white dresses for the spring) Then next week, I'm going for my dress fitting. I wonder who's going to continue this thread after we are all done ...hhmmm

yeah.. we're bummed. Although he will be with us on our legal day and FI will probably ask his brother to be his BM in Mexico.

Wedding is in the first week of May. I'm more disappointed than pissed.. I can't be since he has a very good reason. The BM was in a terrible accident at work last year and had several major surgeries which put him in a wheel chair for months. We ALL set our hopes high and thought he'll recover fast... looks like he's not able to travel .
