This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a resort. First of all they tore the Gazebo down and did not inform the Bride until she arrived. When guests arrived they did not have rooms available for several people. They wanted us to pay to upgrade to a honeymoon suite, but there was nothing else available. I insisted that if there was a room available, they were going to put me in it no matter what! They actually sent people in the wedding party to other hotels surrounding Dreams. Then had them move the next day back to the resort. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you want to know more, feel free to ask.
