One more thing that I shouldn't have stressed about though! The kids that were there were really well behaved and I did not feel at all like they were taking over the resort. There was plenty of room at the pools and on the beach. There was more than enough room in the jacuzzis for everyone. I was there at the same time as Carina and the resort was at full capacity. Don't stress about it...you and your guests will love it there!!! Did you upgrade your bouquets? I am doing the Ultimate Package to and I thought the bouquet was included.

Do any of you have a phone number for me to call her? Thanks! Casey The phone number that I have reached Ana on is: 0115219988729200.

  7. Okay, there is hope. Yesterday, I was very upset ..during my conversation with Ana the phone became disconnected and she didn't call me back. However, this morning after a waiting 3 weeks she finally came through and answered my questions through email. There is hope for everyone!

  9. I am so freaking mad. I was just talking to Ana finally I got ahold of her. Right in the middle of my questions the phone disconnects. I tried calling back, but all I am getting is a busy signal. You would think she would try and call me back.

I know that many people on here say give her some time, but I am so frustrated now. I get it, she has other weddings and on the day of my wedding I would not want her emailing other brides instead of helping me, HOWEVER, I am still paying a good amount of money to go down there and at the very least I expect some professionalism working with a large chain that has thousands of weddings a year! They need to get it together down there and higher this girl an assistant!!! We all know they have enough money (where else is the extra $$$ from the DJ services, photography, ect going? ha ha). I think I have decided to give up on planning all of this. I am going to just wing it and show up in Mexico with my fingers crossed! At the end of the day it does not matter about the decorations or music, right? As long as you are happy and marrying the man of your dreams! (yes, that is my attempt at justifying the situation and making light of everything ). Amen Amen...I am in the same boat. I sent Ana several emails about 3 1/2 weeks ago. Never got one response. So, I called her on Tuesday and she said she was on another line with a client and that she would call me back. Did I receive a call back? Of Course not. That is just not very professional. Especially since I already put my deposit down and like you other ladies we are all paying a great sum of money. We need help! Excuse me she needs help!

My photographer, however, said that 5 would be too late to get all of the pictures in afterwards so I asked Ana and we switched the time to 4:30. Ana was late meeting everyone in the lobby and getting them to the ceremony site, so the ceremony didn't start until close to 5. We got all of our pictures in but it was a little rushed because Claudia was worried about the lighting. It wasn't a big deal, but if I had to do it again, I would have made the ceremony a little earlier - maybe 4:15?? Sooo, my suggestion would be to start the ceremony maybe 1/2 hour sooner than what you originally thought and then if things run late, you won't be stressed. And if things are on time, you will just have more time for pictures!! Okay, then the sunset on my wedding day is 5:56pm , and our ceremony is set for 4 pm. That should work just fine!
  13. Okay for those who got married here. Is the person playing your cd's have good timing on when to start and stop the songs? Is this something that you explain to Ana and she tells the technician?
