Okay, there is hope. Yesterday, I was very upset ..during my conversation with Ana the phone became disconnected and she didn't call me back. However, this morning after a waiting 3 weeks she finally came through and answered my questions through email. There is hope for everyone!

I am so freaking mad. I was just talking to Ana finally I got ahold of her. Right in the middle of my questions the phone disconnects. I tried calling back, but all I am getting is a busy signal. You would think she would try and call me back.
