there are quite a few options in Cancun but I would say that food is just ok! Also when you say catamaran only a few are large enough for a real dinner What we have seen is more cocktail sunset cruise, more casual with passed trays of canapes

Yes...EPM tried really hard to keep Yamina ...but she had another good offer! BUT...Norma and the new coordiantor will for sure take good care of all the future brides - and we will kep working on site creating specials settings at La Amada, EPM and the villa. Can't agree more Jazmine....you know our lounge and why it has been succesfull! ...maintenance and checking all the details..since we used it so often we actually renew the furniture every 2 months. Here to the quality of the sound sytem is important - with a good sound system there is absolutely no worries - the only think that doesn't work very well are lapel-pin mic. but wireless hand held are absolutely fine.

I think is important for all the brides in the US to know that down here it is a "jungle" in terms of vendors. What I mean is that any person doing a center piece for her sister wedding "becomes" a wedding planner....of course they don't have the knowledge and capacity to deal with real situation and also that is why they give out ridiculos low prices. Also it is very different beeing a florist and wedding planner. This has affected profesionals like us who always "seem" more expensive...well if someone takes our pictures and make a bad copy of it with bad material and less details it is easy to lower the prices....and of course use the picture of others. This trend is what brought hotels to put the famous "outside vendor fee" - this was to avoid having ...in extrem terms....the wife of the waiter be in charge of centerpiece for example.....the hotel were then hold responsable of a bad service. It is a shame because now hotels have taken advantage of this and saw a source of $$$$ for them. Wedding business has been growing so fast down here that everyone wants a piece of it but without taking care of the profesionalism

Jana 297---Unfortunately you will find many vendors using pictures they have found on internet!!! I have seen Cancun vendors with pics of flowers with mountains in the back!!!!

I absolutely agree ...the forum is a great platform and source of information....with something for everyone. Remenber not everyone has the same taste ...therefore some things may seem fabulos for some and ugly for others! A good research is always important when choosing a vendor...it may be ok for some and not appropriate ofr others

Hello, In fact there many lounge suppliers in Cancun and Riviera Maya.....there is always a difference in prices ....and there is a reason to it....there is a difference between decorator and furniture rental companies for example. so just be carefull!
