Have you done STD's? I didnt do them so when i booked our wedding in May this year for May next year i sent my invites out then as i wanted to give plenty of notice x If you have done STD then i expect your guestd have started to save the pennies if they are coming... so you could send out at anytime now really, I wouldnt leave it too late though as your resort may get booked up and all your guests may find it hard to get a room???? Â xox

Yeah, i think thats a great idea :-) The more people you tell earlier the better :-) And the more cheaply done ie ONLINE, the better, more to spend on weddingy stuff xoxoxo

 Yeah, when we were looking in May 209 for May 2011, we were told the prices would be out in Oct/Nov 2009. They actually came out in May 2010.... We booked on 5th May, a year away from our wedding date of 6th May 2011.... SO FRUSTRATING as we could only give a slight indication of prices to guests... going off May 2010 prices, luckily they didnt change by much if i remember but frustrating all the same :-) x  Arrr, that is great customer service :-) To me that goes a long long way x  STOP STOP STOP rubbing it in about the blasted weather in spain!!! LOL  WOW, you are lucky, its great that people can help out like that :-) What lovely Parents you have x Im definatly getting a wedding dress box, i will just keep it away from the drinks in the airport!! (I Hope) :-) x Im thinking of getting wedding night undies too, but so so many people say its a waste of time... might get em anyway and if we dont "celebrate" on our wedding night im sure we will the night after.... OOOOOooooooo.... Just had to let you girls know.... Im very fortunate in the MIL department (unlike some of you ) a few moments ago she popped in to say hello as we havent seen her for a while with one thing and another. Anyhow she was asking how we were getting on with the wedding etc. We told her we paid it off and now the hard part was saving again for all the bits and bobs like rings, dress, kilt etc... and she said "well, we'll be giving you some money to help... nearer the time" We dont know how much as we didnt like to ask but what a lovely thing to say FI said "you dont have to do that" to which her reply was "I know we dont BUT we want to and we helped pay for your sisters reception so were going to help you two out aswel" Were so so made up, we never expected it at all so it will be a lovely help with everything, You never know it may help pay for a AHR, which we'd love (but dont know if we can afford yet) but i need to speculate less as we dont know how much yet... But how lovely

   On   1.) I booked through TA.... I wanted piece of mind that if anything goes wrong i can get all money back and wedding, or if anything changes due to volcano etc the wedding date /money wont be lost etc etc. I think it vary's by the sounds if it resort to resort how quick the WC is at getting back, mine responed within 24 hours all times i have emailed... 2.) We didnt do a group booking, gave guests details they booked of their own accord and we gave them our wedding reference so the TA linked them to our wedding. 3.) My sis in law lives up in Linlithgow... Im down in Annan :-)  That dress was one of the dresses i looked at but couldnt find a stockist near me.... Its just lush x  How exciting about the dress... Charmaine.... Its such a beautiful dress :-) Goergeous, You will be one stunning bride missy!!! I dont think 2 years is too far away or too soon at all, when we started to seriously look at booking our wedding it was May 2009, looking for May 2011 and it had flown by, I had chosen my dress not long after we decided it was definatly May 2011.... and now it it Aug 2010... with 8 months to go.... ITS NEVER TOO EARLY :-) And its one MASSIVE thing ticked so you can concentrate on the other wedding details, I think i would be more inclined to panick if i hadnt found a dress. Its really really pretty :-) xo  I cant find a local stockist with my dress anymore... Makes me a bit scared as i idealy want to try one more time before i buy as i have only tried it on the once and that was about July 2009!!! I love it everytime i see it, makes my heart skip a beat and i get gose bumps.... BUT i just wanted one more try, JUST INCASE!!!!
