We also had a horrible experience with Crystal at Bittersweet Wedding Designs. We signed a contract with her in April 2009 to decorate our reception hall and cancelled with her in Oct 2009 because she did not respond promptly to our emails nor returned our phone calls. Her excuses were numerous such as contracting H1N1 and having issues with her phone and internet connection. As of today (Jan 2010), we have not seen our refund yet. Unfortunately, our credit card company is unable to assist since the timeframe for our contract has exceeded. We have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and are looking into pursuing further action. Please spread the word: AVOID BITTERSWEET WEDDING DESIGNS!
