  1. I haven't glued my frame together yet. I am probably the only person in the world that is doing this project after the fact. I wanted to use my favorite wedding photo for the frame. I need to find out what to glue and how to make this look right. I saw a thread at one time, but haven't looked for it in a while. I just got my discs of photos (all 1322 of them:)) can't wait to look through them.
  2. YAY, wedding discs came in today 3 discs of 1322 photos total! Can't wait to look through them and get started on my flush mount album. Any advice on companies to use for the album? Now for the negative news....Guess what I did!! I had a credit card that I paid off and then cut up. Well I didn't realize that a automatic payment was charged to the card after I paid it off and cut it up. Well for 2 months..they were charging me and NOT sending statements that I owed anything. Long story short my credit scores were over 770 and because of those 2 late payments my scores are now around 675!!!!!!! I wanted to cry! I have never been late on anything in almost 10 years Chase bank SUCKS..they didn't even care that I was the perfect customer, they just wrecked my credit in one button punch...
  3. IMO, I would ask the people that have the most meaning and hope that they can make the wedding. I would feel funny about being asked AFTER I sent in my RSVP. That's just me and I am sure everyone has different opinions. Go with what YOU feel comfortable with. Good luck!

  5. Oh yes, I fourth the one email stream! It saves your sanity!!
  6. I say contact one of the fabulous TA's on this site! Click the banner at the top right of the page and see if (I know they can) they can help you navigate the process. I know how you could be stressed with less than 8 months to go until your big day. Breathe, it will all come together. I LOVED Dreams and have no complaints. Although my first WC would NOT get back to me, I changed to Yorai it was smoooooth sailing afterwards. Good luck!!! The resort is FAB and everyone is REALLY nice once you get there all of the stress of getting to that point will melt away! Keep your head up!
  7. I agree that writing the review was very necessary. Ladies we all need to be able to take the good AND the bad...just as we do in our everyday lives. No sugar coating allowed on BDW..its in the rule book! (Tammy of course I am joking ) I also feel bad for the girls in the throws of planning their weddings and are freaking out. I would hope that you wouldn't let this ONE review send you in a panic. Your weddings will be fabulous and you should know that regardless of how great your resort is...your stay can be horrible or wonderful at any given time. Regardless of how much you plan..... sooo many things are out of our control. Just know that as long as you exchange your vows with your honey, then the day should be considered PERFECT. Read my review if you don't think that regardless of the planning and a wonderful resort, life can throw you a curve ball, but in the end, we all end up with a perfect ending. Good luck RPRM girls!!!! Your weddings will be absolutely wonderful! Smooches to you all!!!!
  8. Every bride on her has gone through the same thing, myself included. I hate that I called anyone to see if they were coming! If I could do it again, I would not have made any phone calls after people didn't bother to mail back the RSVP. I put the stamps on them, all they had to do was check the box and mail back! I say please don't waste your time calling or emailing anyone after your reply deadline. People will say they are coming and they are looking for a better deal, but if you haven't heard by the deadling, unfortunately they are probably not coming. Sorry girlie, I say plan for the people that you heard from and just a few extra. Good luck.
  9. Oh yes! I think NY would be a great place for us to meet up. THe hotels here are kind of expensive unless you bid for one on Priceline.com or stay near the airport. Either way, I hope this is the destination for a meet up! THere is sooo much to do. Krista, whenever you are headed up, let me know! and that goes for any of my Feb. sisters

Id say lets do lunch but the chances of you being near me are pretty remote... the weather is central Florida has been to die for this past week. Low 80s and beautiful blue skies. Water temp is up to 68 already (we had such a nasty-for us- winter). We not focused on baby making, our honeymoon is in 2 months Just following the fertility window and expecting itll happen sometime. I am finally able to run again after over a year with plantar fascitis and so we are enjoying that together (its one of our common interests).. and next weekend we go to NYC (my first time since I was a kiddo)... One of Austin's groomsmen lives in Manhattan and one of my GFs (who came with us to Jamaica) hit it off and are doing the bicoastal (LA NY) romance for a bit. We are all meeting up for a romantic weekend. Also my gf and I get all of Monday to shop while the boys work (very excited for that!)... Timberly, do you have a suggestion for where to shop? Like more affordable than Gucci but not too bohemian? Wanna come shopping on Monday the 19th? I would LOVE to see you and shop those are two of my favorite past times, spending time with great people and shopping. What is it that you need to buy? That will give me an idea of were to send you. The area called SoHo is a nice area to shop, the village is not too far and they have a little more daring stores, then there is 34th street were there are several branded stores close together (Macys, H & M, JcPenney, Gap, etc.) Off the top of my head, I would suggest SoHo. I work until 4 on Monday, but I could always get sick... aaah choo.. I feel a shopping cold coming on
  11. Yes those teasers are HOT! Nice job Tammy

Have a great time planning! Yesssss! Karen your day is almost here! I am excited for you haha
  18. My parents friends had them thinking that they would never make it back to NYC without my mom being forced into prostitution! People will fill their heads with all types of nonsense. Just let it go in one ear and out the other.. it is not the first and surely won't be the last thing about the process that will piss you off...just wait for the absent reply cards..talking about wanting to slap somebody.... lol Just keep a good sense of humor and take comfort in the fact that hundreds of brides have gone through the exact same things you are going through right now. Good luck with the rest of your process.
