  1. I worry about the same thing. I've had a few guests say things to me like, 'you sure you want to still get married there?', 'i won't leave the resort'. I guess right now there's a travel advisory against going there, although I think it's mostly for Kingston. Negril is so far from there and on the resort it's a different world, that's what I tell people anyway. I've always wanted to go to Jamaica and as long as the conflict is restricted to one city then I really want to go!
  2. Pics are great...looks like it was a lot of fun!

We went during raining season and wanted to know the options. If it rains the area where they hold is still beautiful it will feel like your are outside as the hotel is open. You won't be on the beach but your pictures should look very nice. Hopefully, it will not rain. It rained everyday that we were there and on the day of the wedding it was the hottest and clearest day of our stay. glad to hear that!

I posted some pics if you want to see the resort and wedding. sounds like she made a great decision...happy to hear it was a success!
  5. Pictures look great! The beach area where the ceremony takes place looks really private, was there no one else around? Thanks for sharing!
  6. I went to a wedding in July in Mexico a few years ago and it was HOT!!! At night it cooled down a bit but it was still muggy. We didn't really get any rain either, I think it rained one day, briefly!

I've had a few books made in the past either for myself or to give as a gift and I've been very happy wiht them!
  8. I didn't even think about this problem...definitely something I need help with!
  9. I totally agree. FI and I have grown closer since the engagement and feel more connected emotionally. He's always telling me how lucky we are to have each other and how great out love for each other really is. I appreciate him and try not to let the wedding planning blind me of that (although sometimes that's hard!)
  10. They look great, that's where I plan on getting my mugs too, glad u were happy with them!
