So, originally I wanted to stay in the Kaanapali Region at a resort. Then I checked out the prices and knew I did not want to ask my guests to pay so much to our weddingI have a party of 90 staying at the Kaanapali Shores. We chose it because it is close to Lahaina and Kaanapali Beach. It is also very reasonable, newly renovated and has awesome reviews on Trip Advisor. It's nice because it has lots of "condo" features like larger rooms and kitchens but it also has lots of resort-like gardens and public gathering areas aswell as a restaurant and bar. The beach is a bit rocky but you are literally a 5 min walk to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island and all the resorts 5 mins away are twice the price..... I was looking into condos in Kihei but I had friends stay there and said it was DEAD after 8:00 pm every night. I Have a wide range of guests, some of which I know would like to go out and explore some nightlife so I wanted to be near places that offer that. Another awesome thing is how many different types of rooms they have at all different prices!

Hey everyone! Getting married in just under 4 months at Olowalu Plantation House.... I have 90 guests many of which like to party like rock stars hahaha My fiance and I go out dancing LOTS at home and we are afraid of hiring a cheesy DJ ..... Can anyone share an experience they had in Maui with a Wedding DJ? Good or bad? Any help would be really appreciated!! Thanks!

Hey there! Can anyone suggest a good beachfront condo complex in Kihei that is able to hold around 80-100 people? There are so many to choose from....i would love to hear about what worked/didn't work from some people who have been there! Thanks!

Hey everyone! We are planning on getting married on a private estate in Maui and would prefer for the reception to be on the estate aswell.....BUT it looks like every outside location/party must be done at 10 PM.... Looking for suggestions of reception sites where we can celebrate for a few more hours (at least until 1!!) Any ideas? (we will prob have around 80-90 guests) Thanks!
