Try some of the DJ companies... Since they have the lighting equipment- they are willing to rent it out. They are cheaper then the wedding/event coordinator companies. I Have have asked every company for quotes and the cheapest was through the DJ's...

I will be hitting up the costco and walmart for some of my OTT bags things. I already bought Totes, different kinds of meds (tylenol,pepto, excedrin, dramamine,). I also bought everyone flipflops.

I went through Cancun-discounts. I had to get a boat to accommodate 55 people, and the offered me a 100 person boat with snack/alcohol/and transportation to and from my resort (dreams tulum) for 3200.... Kinda pricey, but I didnt want a 46ft catamaran (which most of them are). They are actually the best priced for this size boat with snacks and transportation from Tulum... =)

Great :..( My wedding is May12th 2010... I am sending the STDs out next week and now unsure how long I should wait to send out my formal invitations.. PLeasE HeLP!!!!! My travel contract says that I will need to have the rooms (20 people) full filled by Dec. 31st without any penalty- and I have to have the contract paid in full by March 11th 2010... Although i am not too worried that 20 people will book- but still, I dont want that over my shoulders that I will be $1100 in the hole per person if they dont show. So my questions are: So when should I send out the formal invites and when should the response date be? Thanks!!!!

These are my STD magnets... The image is doubled for a reason...I am printing them through vista print on their 'oversized custom' magnet. I will cut them in half to save money! =)
