This is a great idea! What time of day is your wedding?

My fiance and I are getting married in Mexico, somewhere. We can't decide which resort to use. I want the resort to have only 1 wedding a day. An all inclusive and kids are welcome. My future stepson's are 19 & 16, plus my 3 and 1 year old niece and nephew will be there. There is so many to choose from, I would like for it to be a 4 or 5 star rating. Any advice ladies?
