Did your guests all stay at AZUL? There are some not so great reveiws on traveladvisor- just curious how the rooms and all were...

Thank you so much for posting your detailed review and all the pictures! It is so helpful! We were looking at Le Blanc for the wedding, but then decided maybe choose another hotel for the wedding and honeymoon at Le Blanc because of the expenses for our guests. Did you look at Le Blanc for the wedding? I absolutely love your pics and might have to steal some ideas . Do you mind discussing budget? I am clueless. Did you provide mostly everthing as far as decorations? Thanks again for the inspiration!

Hi- I saw your other post and we are having same issue. We are thinking March 2010- Our first thought was Le Blanc because we have friends that have been there and raved about it and I also saw pics from a wedding there and it looked beautiful. But we have the issue of thinking it is too expensive for our guests! We are fine with our costs, but I feel like it is too much to ask of our friends to pay around $2500 for 4 nights- We also would like to keep this under 2K. I am going crazy visiting websites and searching for answers! Le Blanc seems perfect, but expensive for guests. I saw the comments about kids at Paradisus on traveladvisor as well and wasn't crazy about that. I've also been told Sun Palace and Moon Palace are really nice too. Excellence looks nice as well. I'm so undecided and feel the pressure because I need to send save the dates out soon! I'm no help to you, but feel your pain

Hi, I am also looking at Le Blanc so would love to hear from anyone that has gotten married there. Also would like to hear why others did not get married there (aside from the adults only restriction). I have friends that vacationed there last July and had nothing but good things to say about it. I wish they had more wedding pics on their website. I would love to see wedding pics from there!

Hi, We are looking at getting married in Feb/March 2010, but have NO CLUE where! We definitely want to do a destination wedding, and are initially looking at Le Blanc Spa & Resort. We had friends vacation there last year and loved it, but I don't know anything about weddings there... We looking at Mexico, Florida and the Caribbean, but have just started. Thought I would read some posts and see what all is out there! Thanks, Lyz PS-Is it just me or are there very bizzare Smiles to choose from? lol
