I am I'm getting married at the Ke Iki Beach Bungalows on May 27, 2010 in North Shore Oahu. So far, I've booked my photographer, my officiant and the property. I've decided to go at it on my own, which is tough, but I KNOW I can do it. We've decided to go the Costco route for our alcohol. Has anyone ever done this? How much on average did you spend per person on alcohol? What varieties of alcohol did you order? Also, I'm STUCK trying to decide on a caterer. They all seem to be in the $15 - $30 p/p price range... I know, crazy cheap, right? unless you're flexible with dates and vendors, you should start booking and planning ASAP! I started planning for my May 2010 wedding starting in February this year. Already, the original dates I wanted were booked at my venue and many photographers were already booked... and I'm getting married on a THURSDAY!!! My first choice photographer was already booked, but graciously referred me to an awesome photographer, marina miller at redheartphoto.com! I just contacted a florist who said they were booked for my date (although I think they're discriminating because I am only doing one bouquet) Start now! It truly is never too early! Good luck!!

I'm currently waiting on a quote from watanabe florals. I had a semi-frustrating experience with my initial florist search. Since I'm doing non-floral centerpieces and my bridesmaids are carrying parasols, I only need my bridal bouquet. Many florists were conveniently booked on my THURSDAY wedding date in MAY 2010. ugh.

Hi all I'm new to this forum... i'll be getting married on May 27, 2010 in North Shore Oahu! I've never been involved in planning a wedding before, so I will be nagging some of your for advice! Can't wait to get acquainted with everyone!!
