Im having fernando do my hair..Im going over early in the morning and I have naturally curly hair anyway so I need professional help lol! Im also not having a wedding party..I may ask a friend of mine who actually lives in PV to be a MOH and just wear something she already owns and just walk down the aisle but Im not sure yet..

yea I am undecided between the Las caletas photographer, paulina ulloa, and a local photographer I may fly out who said he would do my wedding and TTD for the price of a plane ticket and hotel for 3 nights

Hi everyone! just checking in to see how everyone is doing..2 months out..yikes! but so excited and still no photographer booked..Ugh! I cant make up my mind! Im starting to freak out and have those pre-wedding nightmares..the most recent was i got on the boat and there was some random infection that broke out and everyones nose started bleeding but i was more concerned at the fact I forgot my Ipod and I had no music for the reception!

Thanks Andi, I would love to book her for more time but I dont think I can afford it I want to do a TTD also so I have to take that cost into consideration..by the time she does the ceremony and formals it would be getting dark soon anyway. I thought I could get my mom to get some pics of the first dance etc. Or I could completely forget the idea of doing a TTD and hire her for more time but I really really want a TTD. My other alternative is to hire the LC photogs for the ceremony and hire her the next day for the TTD. This is probably what Ill have to do.

ok, I am so confused! I had my heart on Paulina Ulloa for my photographer..The problem is I was only going to book her for 2-3 hours. From what Kelley told me she would have to come over all day-we are doing the barefoot so we are coming over with the morning day trippers at 9 am and staying until the rhythms of the night crowd leaves at 11 pm. with the ceremony at 5 30.Paulina knew we were going to be at LC and I was only interested in booking her for 3 hours or so..Those of you who used outside photographers did they stay with you all day or is there a water taxi that will bring them when we need them and take them back?

yaay! I did hear from her and she has reserved my date..i think I am doing the small 600.00 package for the ceremony (2 hours) and adding a TTD session for the next day.

Welcome aussie! You will absolutely love PV! Ive traveled a lot and PV is my favorite destination in the world! honestly I would not stay at an all inclusive in PV due to the abundance of fabulous restaurtants there. I stayed at the fiesta americana and it was awesome. it had a swim up bar, nice beach, beautiful rooms. the food at the resort is not that great and iIMO too pricey but its only a five minute cab ride into downtown where all the action is. It has a semi all inclusive option that included wine in the afternoon and hors dourvers but not a full all inclusive.. If you set on an AI option, buenventura is a popular choice and the golden crown and they are a fraction of the cost of dreams..Good luck and congratulations!

thanks, Nikki! im just concerned as my date is less than 3 months away and if she cant do it, I wish she would atleast let me know that so I can look elsewhere..Ill give her another week and if I dont hear anything Ill have to book someone else boo hoo

has anyone heard from her lately? Ive been trying to get in touch with her, Im ready to pay the depoisit but I want to make sure shes still available for my date before I wire tons of money.

wow the pics are gorgeous! I cant wait, less than 3 months to go! I think I have decided on plumeria for my bouquet and cake. has anyone ever seen a square LC wedding cake? I emailed kelley today to ask her if they could do a square one with little yellow and white plumeria at the top and cascading down one side. I want 2 tier with a wide white ribbon around each tear and a narrower yellow ribbon on top of the white..I can see it in my head but cant quite explain it lol.

OMG! I just received an email from Nicole..She is leaving so now Kelley will be my coordinator..I wish her the best but I really liked working with her.she said she is doing one other wedding in December and thats it. If I was 30 days or so out I think I might have freaked out a little switching coordinators at the last minute but I still have until march so no big deal. I heard all wonderful things about Kelley as well.
