We ended up changing flower girls dresses last minute to these. I like them because they have all the different colors of pink in it and also didnt want anything too dressy. We are having a smaller wedding so all of our family and friends are wearing our colors so these dresses will tie all the different colors of pink together.

We are in the same boat we are supposed to be leaving for mexico in 7 days. We started looking into some other options but it is just way too difficult to plan a wedding in weeks. I was ready to just say screw it lets just go until my soon to be mother in law's work has said that she will have to be out of work for at least 5-10days after the trip!! She cant afford to use her vacation time as her mother is not well and she has to take off for her illnesses and dr appts. Also my best friends work wont let her come back for 2 weeks afterward and she cant afford that. Even though they all live in Nebraska and there are like 3 confirmed swine flu cases there?? How that makes sense i dont know. So we are trying to figure out what we are going to do today. We have waited it out and it seems like it is definetely slowing down but their work still is not working with them. AHHHHHH I dont know what to do! So now our choices are either change to another location last minute, postpone until a later date, or just say screw it and go to Mexico (but mother in law and best friend would not be able to go). I am sooo confused right now.

We are supposed to be getting married May 18th in Cancun (leaving May 12th). I am sooo upset about all this flu stuff! I want to just continue on and just go but my mother in law's work will not let her go back to work for like 2 weeks if she goes (same with my best friend). My fiance really wants his mother there and so it looks like we are postponing everything. I am soooo upset right now! I have been crying all day! I would think as long as she is going to take some maintenance tamiflu it shouldnt be that big of a deal!!! aaaahhhh! soooo upset!

Plus we have some guests that are older and not well and i would be afraid they would get really sick. So we are lost. We will prob end up just postponing our trip until this flu business is gone. I guess I keep hoping maybe it will go away in a week! lol! ya right huh? I am just so upset I have worked so much to get this wedding ready and then this! aaahh! We have been together for 9 years and the one date we finally decide to get married we have drug wars and swine flu!! wow that sucks! Well I guess we will just see what happens and go from there. We are getting married on May 18, 2009 but we are planning on leaving May 12th!! I am freaking out!! Not sure what we are going to do yet. I think we are going to wait a couple days and see what happens! But i know now they are advising against travel to Mexico. I am just soooo stressed out about all of this!! I just dont think we are going to be able to get our money back. We paid for our close family and friends for their accomidations so we are most likely going to be out all that money!! I just dont know what to think!

Okay i am kind of new to this forum and I need some major advice. We are getting married in Cancun in May. I have bought my wedding dress which is a diamond white color?? Do i get ivory colored everything else, (tux, flower girl dresses, etc..?? I was told by someone that if I put white next to my dress the pictures etc.. will make my dress look dingy?? On top of it my fiance was thinking of wearing a white suit!!! arrgghh!! Totally confused and need help! I am wondering if anyone has used an outside wedding coordinator?? We were planning on doing it at a resort and using their coordinator but instead we are looking in to renting a vacation condo and having our own coordinator. If anyone has used any or have heard anything it would be helpful thanks soooo much!!
