Welcome! I am a newbie as well. I am going to Catalonia Bavaro Punta Cana March 23rd. Please post a review and pic's I had a really hard time coordinating with the resort, whick makes me really nervous about going. We haven't had the best service so far, so much so that we had to contact the head office in Spain. Lots of luck to you, and early congratualtions!!!!! P

Legally you have to be in DR for at least 3 days before you can be married. Some resorts however, request that you be there at least 5 days before they will allow you to be married. That was the case with our resort, but as they were already booked we're getting married on the 4th day after we arrive -
My dress is ivory and for my bridesmaids I selected an ice teal color. A lighter version of what you selected, and their dresses look great with mine. In the end you have to be happy but I think it will look great. What are you doing for flowers? The ribbon on their flowers could be ivory to help tie in the colors. Good Luck P
